Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in Transportation or Supply Chain industry.
• Transportation Experience: TMS, Dedicated, FTL, LTL.
• Microsoft Office with Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio (Expert).
• Data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau) and database programming (SQL, DAX).
• Lean methods, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, PDCA, 5S.
• Knowledge of Transportation tools and networks (JDA, OTM, Tableau/Power BI).
• Lean Methodology, Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects data and performs statistical analysis; maps processes and closes gaps.
• Leads CI and engineering projects to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Develops and executes continuous improvement plans to deliver customer value.
• Coaches employees in CI and Lean principles across operations.
