Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or related field required.
• 5+ years in transportation or supply chain industry preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Visio required.
• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI/Tableau a plus.
• Experience with Lean, PDCA, and value stream mapping advantageous.

• Collect data, perform analysis, map processes, and drive value through improvements.
• Coach teams in CI/Lean principles and maintain key performance measures.
