Job summary

Responsibilities include leading CI projects, coaching teams in lean principles, and delivering tangible improvements while partnering with operations management and customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is required.
• 5+ years in transportation or supply chain industry is required.
• Experience in transportation management and network design tools is preferred.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and Visio is expected.
• Lean, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and cross-functional project leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collects data and performs statistical analysis; maps processes and identifies gaps.
• Leads CI projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Coaches teams in CI and lean principles; facilitates Kaizen events and VSMs.
• Develops transformation plans and supports go-live and sustained results.
• Reports progress and makes strategy recommendations to leadership.
