Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• At least 15 years of professional engineering experience on large transportation infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex pursuits and design/construction efforts.
• Familiarity with HDR's matrix organization and working with public agencies and private entities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Delivery Program Director and oversee pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
• Drive approvals in compliance with HDR policies and risk processes.
• Coordinate with HDR groups on policy, resources, and contract terms.
• Negotiate terms with legal and risk teams for AD projects.
• Engage with regional leads and clients on upcoming projects and programs.
• Foster HDR visibility through industry associations and conferences.
• Provide guidance to HDR leadership on commercial and technical trends.
• Manage regional leads and resource planning for AD projects.
• Lead teaming agreements and design service contracts with partners.
