Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Project Manager to lead transmission, substation, distribution, gas and IT initiatives with cross-functional teams. You will manage scope, schedule, budget and safety, and coordinate with sponsors and stakeholders at executive levels.

Minimum qualifications include a engineering degree with 4–7 years of PM experience or a high school diploma with 6–9 years, CAPM or PMP within two years, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 4–7 years PM experience.
• CAPM certification or plan to obtain within 2 years.
• Proven track record managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects across transmission, substation, distribution, and gas, plus IT initiatives.
• Ensure costs, schedule and scope stay within approved limits; develop recovery plans.
• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders; present to sponsors and executives.
• Coach and lead team members; identify and obtain project resources.
• Provide structured reports to management; manage change and documentation.
