Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly accountable to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Interface with external customers for transmission and substation work, including billable costs and schedules.
• Collaborate with other PMs and managers to maximize resource utilization.
• Communicate with project sponsor and stakeholders, including executive-level presentations.
• Manage contract resources, change orders, and payments; evaluate contractor performance.
• Lead and coach team members to improve performance and mentor staff.
