Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Transmission Routing & Siting to lead complex routing studies and siting analyses for electric transmission facilities across the South Central Region. You will collaborate with utility staff, developers, regulators and landowners to develop buildable routes, prepare testimony and manage scope, schedule and budget.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, expert witness experience, and a track record delivering large multi-disciplinary projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on large transmission projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop routing and siting solutions for electric transmission projects.
• Coordinate with utility staff, developers, regulators, and landowners.
• Prepare testimony and technical documentation for line route and siting decisions.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget and mentor junior staff.
