Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Transmission Routing & Siting to lead complex electric transmission routing projects across Texas. You will develop buildable routing solutions, work with utility staff, developers and regulators, and help shape siting decisions while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in environmental planning, environmental science, or engineering.
10 years of experience in linear projects involving land acquisition, routing or environmental planning.
5+ years of project management experience
Experience with permit applications and expert testimony
Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Develop buildable routing and siting solutions for utility and developer infrastructure.
Coordinate with utility staff, developers, and consultants.
Engage stakeholders including government agencies and landowners.
Prepare testimony and documentation for line route and site decisions.
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
Mentor and develop junior staff and build client relationships.
