Job summary

HDR seeks a Senior Project Manager - Transmission Routing & Siting to lead buildable routing and siting solutions for electric infrastructure. You will work with utility and developer teams, regulators and stakeholders to advance projects and ensure compliance.

Ideal candidates bring extensive routing and siting experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of delivering complex environmental projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in linear projects.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with routing, siting and regulatory approvals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop buildable routing and siting solutions for utility and developer infrastructure.
• Collaborate with project teams and consultants.
• Engage with regulators, agencies, communities, and landowners.
• Prepare testimony and technical documentation for route and site selection.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor and develop junior staff; build client relationships.
