Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 7–10 years’ experience in transmission project design/management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
• Understanding of the NESC, RUS, and/or GO‑95.
• Strong command of English in written and spoken form.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
• Uphold safety, ethics, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute transmission projects up to 765kV.
• Create and maintain a project schedule.
• Lead weekly or bi‑weekly project meetings with clear deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients on project status and meetings.
• Maintain cross‑disciplinary project workflow and communication.
• Support PMs with scope, schedule, and budget for new projects.
• Forecast resources and assist in recruitment and staffing.
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and safety standards.
