Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Transmission Line Engineer to lead high-voltage overhead transmission projects and mentor staff within the Power Delivery Team.

The role offers flexible work arrangements, including remote work or office-based options across the South-Central region. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience and a PE license, with strong expertise in PLS-CADD and line design.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electrical transmission design for capital projects
• PE license with multi-state preference
• Strong knowledge of transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD
• Experience with QA/QC procedures and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering of transmission projects up to 765kV.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and lead meetings.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely deliverables.
• Support PMs with scope, schedule, and budget for new projects.
