Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of post-education experience in electrical transmission engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required (multi-state preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead transmission projects up to 765 kV from planning to delivery.
- Create and maintain project schedules and lead project meetings.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for status updates and deliverables.
- Ensure QA/QC adherence and safety standards across projects.
- Mentor staff and support business development and client relations.
