HDR is seeking a Transmission EPC Principal within our Power Delivery Practice to lead pursuit and project delivery on EPC transmission projects across the United States. The role requires strong leadership, risk analysis, and experience with FEED, design, and construction packages for high-voltage systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• PE license and PMP preferred.
• 10+ years in transmission design.
• 5+ years leading EPC engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead pursuit champion and transition to project teams.
• Coordinate risk analysis, routing, and BOM support.
• Develop scope, schedule, budgets for AD projects.
• Lead front-end engineering and FEED activities.
• Mentor and develop engineers across multiple locations.
• Create templates and standards for EPC pursuits.
