Job summary

HDR is seeking a Transmission Line Project Manager/Team Lead to join our Phoenix Power Delivery program. You will lead a team, manage scope, schedule and budget, and deliver high‑quality transmission projects for clients in the region.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to grow a local team, perform business development activities, and ensure successful project delivery while maintaining HDR's employee-owned culture and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of related experience in transmission/line projects.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of an existing team with growth plans for a transmission group.
• Manage client relationships, project scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Lead transmission projects across full project life cycle from initiation to closeout.
• Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with marketing and leadership for business development and hiring plans.
