Qualifications

• 6+ years of transmission line and substation experience required
• Associate degree in construction management or engineering is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsabilités

• Oversee contractor performance on electric transmission projects and ensure compliance with contract terms
• Monitor safety and adherence to design specifications and standards
• Manage projects including substation upgrades and new substations
• Identify risks such as design flaws material shortages and access challenges and address them
• Resolve issues to maintain timelines quality and safety
• Mentor and train junior Transmission Construction Representatives (TCR) and promote best practices
