Think Power Solutions is seeking a Transmission Construction Representative to oversee contractor performance on electric transmission projects, from upgrades to new substations. The role emphasizes safety, schedule adherence, and design specification compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of transmission line and substation experience, strong communication and leadership, and a readiness to travel. A background in construction management or engineering is favored.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant transmission line and substation work experience required.
• Experience working in the utility industry is highly preferred.
• Proficient at using a computer, iPad and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractor performance on electric transmission construction projects.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in line with design specifications.
• Interpret engineering drawings and provide guidance for their application in construction.
• Ensure compliance with Owner construction standards and safety terms.
• Mentor and train lower-level Transmission Construction Representatives.
