Job summary

Think Power Solutions LLC is seeking a Transmission Construction Representative to oversee contractor performance on electric transmission projects. You will ensure compliance with contract terms, safety standards, and design specifications across upgrades and new substations.

The role requires 6+ years in transmission line and substation work, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Travel and field leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant transmission line and substation work experience.
• Experience in the utility industry highly preferred.
• Proficient with computer, iPad and Microsoft Office products.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Monitor safe completion of work aligned with design specs and safety standards.
• Manage projects including substation upgrades and new substations construction.
• Identify issues that could impact timelines, quality, or safety.
• Mentor and train junior Transmission Construction Representatives.
• Interpret engineering drawings and guide their application in field construction.
