Think Power Solutions is seeking a Transmission Construction Representative to supervise contractor performance on electric transmission projects, from upgrades to new substations. You will ensure work safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to design specs.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in transmission line and substation environments. Travel and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree in construction management or engineering is a plus.
• 6+ years of transmission line and substation experience required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee contractor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Monitor safe work execution and alignment with design specs.
• Manage projects from substation upgrades to new substations.
• Identify potential issues affecting schedule, quality, or safety.
• Mentor junior Transmission Construction Representatives.
• Interpret engineering drawings and guide their application.
• Ensure adherence to owner construction standards and safety terms.
