Job summary

Accenture Construct seeks a Senior Construction Manager to oversee transit and public infrastructure programs onsite with clients in Washington. You will monitor contractor operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain complete project records and budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management, 10 years of construction management experience on large projects, 3 years of supervisory experience, and a Washington driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Ten years of experience in construction management on transit or public infrastructure projects, preferably with project values of $30M+
• Three years of supervisory experience managing major construction contracts of similar size and scope.
• Valid Washington State driver's license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractor operations to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Review operations for compliance with WISHA and Department of Labor & Industries requirements.
• Maintain accurate contract records related to progress, budgets, and work orders.
• Collaborate with contractors to verify compliance with plans and quality standards.
• Perform field inspections to confirm work meets plans, specs, and permits.
• Prepare project reports and review daily inspection reports.
