Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a senior program leader to manage end-to-end rail and transit infrastructure programs in the NYC metro area. You will oversee design-build and alternative delivery contracts, drive governance, and coordinate with client executives and regulators to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams across construction management, design, safety, and environmental compliance while reporting to boards and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible experience delivering major rail and transit infrastructure projects, preferably NYC metro area.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required – New York strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and overall management of all project phases including pre-construction, procurement support, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Oversee multiple design-build and/or alternative delivery contracts, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Serve as primary liaison with client executive leadership, project controls, legal, and third-party stakeholders, including regulators.
• Lead contract administration activities including change management, risk management, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Establish and enforce project governance, reporting structures, and performance metrics for rail standards and regulatory requirements.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams including construction management, design support, QA, safety, environmental compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
