Job summary

Accenture Construct in the United States seeks a Senior Project/Construction Manager with extensive transit program experience. You will lead planning, design and execution across large-scale infrastructure projects, coordinating with operations, contractors and stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires 15+ years in PM/CM, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and excellence in communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of Project Management and/or Construction Management experience.
• Experience on large, transit related, public agency construction programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations during planning and design phases regarding constructability, phasing, logistics and operations interface.
• Assist with development of front-end contractor documents as required.
• Support risk identification and mitigation.
• Establish CM Standards in safety, scheduling, change management and quality plans.
• Assist in CM procurement activities and scope development.
• Prepare rough order of magnitude costs for construction items.
• Assist in oversight of CM contracts for capital projects.
• Coordinate construction activities among transit operations, infrastructure and contractors.
• Assist quality assurance for construction phase processes and deliverables.
• Attend progress meetings to facilitate schedule and issue resolution and maintain quality and consistency.
