Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Construction Manager and Resident Engineer on complex transit and public-infrastructure programs. This onsite role involves contract administration, submittal tracking, and interface with field teams to ensure project compliance and documentation accuracy.

You will coordinate schedules, payments, and change management while maintaining records in the PMIS and collaborating with inspectors, utilities, and third parties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in project engineer, office engineer, or construction administration on transit/public infra projects.
• Valid Washington State driver's license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Construction Manager and Resident Engineer with day-to-day contract administration and project reporting.
• Review submittals, RFIs, change requests, shop drawings, data, and key correspondence.
• Maintain PMIS and ensure official project records are accurately archived.
• Track and report submittals, RFIs, changes, and technical reviews; prepare dashboards and logs.
• Support preparation of contractor progress payments and related records.
• Coordinate with field inspectors and staff to monitor safety, permits, schedules, and codes.
