Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a senior program manager to lead multi-year rail, transit and infrastructure programs in the NYC metro area. You will own executive delivery across strategy through handover, align design-build and CM/GC contracts, and manage client, regulatory and stakeholder interfaces.

This role offers flexible locations with a mix of remote and onsite work, a broad scope across data centers, grid, rail and public works, and a commitment to safety, quality, and on-time project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• PE license preferred in NY; CCM certification is a plus.
• Experience managing large-scale rail and transit projects in urban environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and overall management of all project phases.
• Oversee multiple design-build and/or alternative delivery contracts.
• Serve as primary liaison with client executives and regulatory agencies.
• Lead contract administration including change management and risk mitigation.
• Establish governance, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across construction, design, QA, safety, and env.
• Coordinate permitting, utility relocations, and community impacts.
• Implement project controls including cost and scheduling management.
