Job summary

Taidou LLC. is seeking a Principal, Transformation Consulting to lead and shape the Transformation Consulting service line.

You will be the firm’s senior voice in this discipline, defining strategy, offerings, and go‑to‑market, while owning revenue, quality and client relationships across the practice. You will hire and develop the team, set delivery standards, and collaborate with cross‑practice groups to deliver large engagements for senior clients in regulated sectors.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in transformation consulting, including leading a practice or function.
Strong executive network and a record of originating significant revenue.
Credibility with senior buyers and ability to lead high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the Transformation Consulting service line: strategy, offerings, go-to-market, revenue and quality.
Shape the practice's offerings in Cost Transformation and Operating Model.
Own senior client relationships and originate the largest engagements.
Hire, lead and develop the service line's team from senior consultants to senior directors.
Define delivery standards with named scope and handover after adoption.
Collaborate with cross-practice teams (Taidou Atlas and Taidou GPS) on joint engagements.
Represent Taidou externally as a recognized expert in the field.
