Job summary

Taidou LLC, a private management consulting firm, seeks a Director in Transformation Consulting to own client relationships and a portion of the Transformation offering. You will sell and oversee work, lead senior teams, and be accountable for revenue and delivery quality with your clients.

You will oversee portfolios across Cost Transformation, Operating Model, Growth & Commercial, and Delivery & Handover, shaping strategy and staffing and representing the firm in market forums.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of transformation consulting experience with senior client leadership.
• Track record of originating and growing client relationships and revenue.
• Experience leading large engagements and senior teams.
• Recognized expertise in at least one area of the practice.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Transformation Consulting clients and engagements, and grow it.
• Originate, shape and close new work with executive buyers.
• Lead the offering in one or more areas — Cost Transformation, Operating Model, Growth & Commercial and Delivery & Handover.
• Oversee delivery quality across several engagements and step in when programmes are at risk.
• Lead and develop senior managers and managers; shape hiring and staffing.
• Contribute to practice strategy, pricing and thought leadership.
• Represent Taidou with clients, in industry forums and in the market.
