Taidou LLC is seeking a Senior Director in Transformation Consulting to lead a major portion of the service line across Cost Transformation, Operating Model, Growth & Commercial, and Delivery & Handover. You own large client relationships, shape the practice, and drive multi-year engagements from inception to delivery.

The role emphasizes senior leadership, hiring decisions, and external representation, with contract-to-hire terms and competitive compensation tied to performance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of transformation consulting experience.
• Proven ability to originate large engagements.
• Strong network of executive buyers.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead a significant area of the Transformation Consulting service line, with accountability for revenue, margin and quality.
• Own Taidou's most important client relationships and programmes in the service line.
• Originate and close large, multi-year engagements.
• Build the offering: methods, assets, partnerships and market positioning.
• Lead directors and senior managers; own hiring, development and staffing decisions.
• Represent Taidou externally through speaking, writing and industry relationships.
• Work with the Principal and Partners on practice strategy.
