Job summary

Taidou LLC, a private management consulting firm, seeks a Principal, Global Services to lead the service line, set strategy, and own revenue and quality. You will manage client relationships, shape offerings, and drive cross-practice collaboration across onshore, nearshore, and offshore models.

You will hire and develop senior teams, set delivery standards, and represent Taidou as an industry expert. This contract-to-hire role offers conversion to full-time with benefits and equity in scope.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in global services, including building or leading a practice, business line or function.
• Strong executive network and track record of originating significant revenue.
• Credibility with senior buyers and ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Services service line: strategy, offerings, go-to-market, revenue and quality.
• Shape the practice's offerings in Location & Sourcing Strategy, Transition & Migration, Vendor Governance and Shared Services Design.
• Own the most senior client relationships and originate the largest engagements.
• Hire, lead and develop the service line's team, from senior consultants to senior directors.
• Set delivery standards — named scope, named exclusions, handover after adoption — and enforce them.
• Collaborate with other service lines and external partners on cross-practice work.
• Represent Taidou externally as a recognized expert in the field.
