Qualifications

• 15+ years of finance experience including leadership roles.
• Strong network of executive buyers and a track record of originating large engagements.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Deep expertise across multiple finance areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major area of the Finance service line, accountable for revenue, margin and quality.
• Own Taidou's key client relationships and programmes in Finance.
• Originate and close large, multi-year engagements.
• Develop the offering with methods, assets, partnerships, and market position.
• Lead directors and senior managers; oversee hiring and staffing.
• Represent Taidou externally through speaking, writing, and relationships.
• Collaborate with the Principal and Partners on practice strategy.
