• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of large or multiple Transformation Consulting engagements, and the outcomes they are measured on.
• Lead client relationships at director and executive level.
• Scope, price and write proposals; own margin and change control.
• Develop the practice's offerings in Operating Model and Delivery & Handover.
• Lead, coach and grow managers and consultants, and help hire them.
• Originate follow-on work and contribute to business development targets.
• Set the quality bar for deliverables and handover.
