Taidou LLC seeks a Principal, Project Management in the United States to lead the Project Management service line, define strategy, and own revenue and quality. You will shape offerings, build a high‑performing team, and manage senior client relationships to originate large engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project management and leading a practice or function.
• Strong executive network and record of originating revenue.
• Credible with senior buyers and industry leaders.
• Experience building and leading high-performing senior teams.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management service line: strategy, offerings, go-to-market, revenue and quality.
• Shape the practice's offerings in Programme Setup, Recovery, EPMO and Benefits Realization.
• Own the most senior client relationships and originate the largest engagements.
• Hire, lead and develop the service line's team from senior consultants to senior directors.
• Set delivery standards—named scope and exclusions, handover after adoption.
• Collaborate with other service lines for cross-practice work.
• Represent Taidou externally as a recognized expert.
