Job summary

Taidou LLC, a private management consulting firm, seeks a Principal, Assurance to set the strategy for the Assurance service line and own its revenue and quality. You will lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team and be the firm’s senior voice in this discipline—with clients and in the market.

Responsibilities include shaping offerings across Technology Assurance, AI & Model Assurance, and Board & Transaction Assurance; managing high-profile client relationships; and representing Taidou

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in assurance, including building or leading a practice or function.
• A strong executive network and a record of originating significant revenue.
• Recognized expertise and credibility with senior buyers.
• Experience building and leading high-performing senior teams.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Assurance service line: strategy, offerings, go-to-market, revenue and quality.
• Shape the practice's offerings in Technology Assurance, AI & Model Assurance, Controls & Reporting Readiness and Board & Transaction Assurance.
• Own the most senior client relationships and originate the largest engagements.
• Hire, lead and develop the service line's team, from senior consultants to senior directors.
• Set delivery standards — named scope, named exclusions, handover after adoption — and hold the practice to them.
• Work with the other service lines, Taidou Atlas and Taidou GPS on cross-practice work.
• Represent Taidou externally as a recognized expert in the field.
