This role offers remote work with up to 20% travel and a compensation range of $187,600 to $257,950 per year plus benefits. The ideal candidate has an MBA and a proven ability to deliver high-impact outcomes across global organizations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 10 years of project/program management experience and a track record of executing complex plans.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Proven track record of driving transformation initiatives and collaborating in cross-functional teams.

• Lead enterprise transformation projects and initiatives on behalf of the Chief Transformation Officer and Leadership Team.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Solventum to drive project completion and outcomes.
• Define program strategy and roadmap; manage execution and RAIDE elements.
• Drive cross-functional project management of transformation initiatives with clear deliverables and timelines.
• Engage teams to align around transformation goals and performance metrics.
