Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Sr Manager, TMO to drive enterprise transformation initiatives across the organization. You will partner with the Chief Transformation Officer and senior leadership to define strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans that align with overall business goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex programs, and influence stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes while maintaining governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Proven track record in enterprise-wide transformation with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation projects for the Chief Transformation Officer and Leadership Team.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Solventum to drive project completion and outcomes.
• Define program strategy and roadmap with key stakeholders and execute plan.
• Coordinate cross-functional project management including risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Act as a key voice for change to align teams with transformation goals and metrics.
• Support ad hoc requests and manage additional projects for the Transformation Office.
