Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Sr Manager, TMO to lead enterprise transformation initiatives on behalf of the Chief Transformation Officer and Leadership Team. You will define program strategy, align stakeholders, and drive delivery across the organization with a focus on business impact.

This remote role requires a proven track record in large-scale programs, cross-functional collaboration, and change management. Travel up to 20% may be required; relocation is not included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 10+ years in project/program management.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical transformation projects on behalf of the Chief Transformation Officer and Leadership Team.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Solventum to drive project completion and outcomes.
• Define program strategy and roadmap and manage execution.
• Drive cross-functional project management of transformation initiatives including RAIDE register and due dates.
• Engage and align teams to achieve transformation goals and performance metrics.
• Develop strategies for major projects and transformation and facilitate high-level decision making.
• Assist with ad hoc requests from key stakeholders as needed.
• Manage additional projects for the Transformation Office and other units.
