Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Director, Transformation Management Office (TMO) to lead large-scale transformation initiatives across the enterprise. You will partner with executive leaders, define program strategy, and drive end-to-end delivery with measurable outcomes.

This role requires strong program management, cross-functional influence, and the ability to operate with gravitas in a fast-paced environment. Remote work from the United States is available, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management/Finance with 12+ years in transformation management.
• Alternative: HS Diploma + 16+ years transformation management.
• Experience in management consulting at top-tier firms is preferred, with healthcare/Medtech exposure.
• Ability to interact with executive leaders and influence without authority in a matrix organization.
• Strategic thinking with ability to develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Transformation Initiatives: Oversee major transformation projects aligning with objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Program Planning: Define strategy, roadmaps, and manage execution with business owners and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management and Engagement: Build relationships with senior leaders for alignment and support.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs, track progress, and manage reporting tooling.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks across transformation projects.
• Executive Acumen and Collaboration: Interact with senior leaders with gravitas and influence.
• Change Agent: Drive engagement and alignment to achieve transformation goals.
• Project Management: Oversee cross-functional project plans, deliverables, owners, and timelines.
