Solventum is seeking a Sr Manager, TMO to lead enterprise transformation initiatives and collaborate with diverse teams worldwide. You will drive strategy, roadmap, and execution with the Transformation Office and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 10 years of project/program management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Proven track record of driving successful transformation initiatives with high impact results and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead critical enterprise transformation projects and initiatives on behalf of the Chief Transformation Officer and broader Leadership Team (LT), ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across various organizations in Solventum to drive project completion and achieve desired outcomes.
• Drive strategic projects for the organization, including by partnering with on LT and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Solventum business owners and stakeholders to define program strategy and roadmap and manage execution.
• Drive overall cross-functional project management of transformation initiatives, including managing project plan, deliverables, owners and due dates, RAIDE Register, etc.
• Act as a key voice for change, helping to engage and align teams around achieving transformation goals and performance metrics.
• Develop strategies for major projects and our overall transformation, including facilitating decision making at the highest level of the organization.
• Assist with ad hoc requests from key stakeholders as needed.
• Manage additional projects as assigned in support of the Transformation Office and other organizations as needed.
