Qualifications

• Proven transformation experience in global, enterprise-scale initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation projects and initiatives for the Transformation Office.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to drive project completion and outcomes.
• Define strategy, roadmap and manage execution across cross-functional teams.
• Drive risk, assumptions, issues, dependencies and escalations (RAIDE).
• Engage leadership to align teams with transformation goals and metrics.
