Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 10 years of project/program management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Proven track record driving transformation initiatives in cross-functional, global contexts.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise transformation projects on behalf of the Chief Transformation Officer and LT.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Solventum to drive project completion and outcomes.
• Define program strategy, roadmap and manage execution with RAIDE framework.
