Qualifications

• 12–15 years of relevant experience in human capital, including senior client leadership.
• A track record of originating and growing client relationships and revenue.
• Experience leading large engagements and senior teams.
• Recognized expertise in at least one area of the practice.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Human Capital clients and engagements, and grow it.
• Originate, shape and close new work with executive buyers.
• Lead the offering in one or more areas — Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Change & Adoption and Post-Merger Organization.
• Oversee delivery quality across several engagements and step in when programmes are at risk.
• Lead and develop senior managers and managers; shape hiring and staffing.
• Contribute to practice strategy, pricing and thought leadership.
• Represent Taidou with clients, in industry forums and in the market.
