Qualifications

8–12 years of relevant experience in global services, including multi-workstream leadership.
Track record of client ownership and commercial responsibility (scope, budget, margin).
Experience developing and managing teams.
Excellent executive communication and judgement.
Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Own delivery of large or multiple Global Services engagements, and the outcomes they are measured on.
Lead client relationships at director and executive level.
Scope, price and write proposals; own margin and change control.
Develop the practice's offerings in Transition & Migration and Shared Services Design.
Lead, coach and grow managers and consultants, and help hire them.
Originate follow-on work and contribute to business development targets.
Set the quality bar for deliverables and handover.
