Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools in Texas seeks a State Registrar to support high schools in maintaining accurate transcripts and PEIMS data. As part of the Academics team, you will audit records, identify data errors, and ensure 100% accountability across the network.

You will supervise transcript changes, coordinate VOE and external requests, and align graduation pathways with TEA requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail and collaboration with deans and SIS teams.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
• Fluency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the transcript audit process across all KIPP Texas schools.
• Serve as the network's final sign-off authority for the senior graduation clearance process, approving official transcripts.
• Manage and log official transcript changes outside of standard campus grade-change windows.
• Oversee state-wide validation and recording for credit recovery tracks across KIPP Texas high schools.
• Support transfer credits and international transcripts, and ensure GPA calculations are accurate.
