Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a State Registrar to support high schools by ensuring transcript accuracy and PEIMS data integrity. As part of the Academics team, you will identify data errors and create systems to guarantee 100% accountability of transcripts.

You will sign off on senior graduation clearance, manage transcript changes outside standard windows, and align graduation requirements across campuses.

Qualifications

• Strong sense of urgency and precise accuracy in carrying out high-stakes job responsibilities.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills for multi-campus operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is required; experience with PEIMS and Skyward is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage transcript audit processes across KIPP Texas schools.
• Serve as the network's final sign-off for senior graduation clearance and certify transcripts meet all state and network requirements.
• Manage and log official transcript changes outside the standard campus grade change window.
• Oversee state-wide validation and recording of credit recovery and transfer credits across high schools.
• Support campuses with interpreting and managing transfer credits and international transcripts.
