Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a State Registrar to safeguard PEIMS data integrity and manage high school transcripts across the network of campuses. The role supports campus deans and the SIS team to ensure 100% accuracy in transcripts and graduation clearance.

The registrar aligns with TEA requirements, standardizes processes, audits credits and transfer records, and contributes to data-driven decisions across KIPP Texas schools.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
• Fluency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Three years of registrar experience or data-entry role in a school setting.
• Knowledge of PEIMS regulations and the Skyward software system.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the transcript audit process across KIPP Texas schools.
• Serve as final sign-off authority for senior graduation clearance and official transcripts.
• Coordinate data fixes and corrections in the district SIS and PEIMS records.
• Ensure compliance with TEA requirements for graduation and reporting.
