Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a State Registrar to support high schools by ensuring transcript accuracy and maintaining PEIMS data integrity. This role collaborates with deans and the SIS team to ensure 100% accuracy of graduation data and state-m mandated reporting across campuses.

The position emphasizes audits, data corrections, and processing official transcript changes, with focus on cross-campus consistency and timely graduation documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
• Fluency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with PEIMS regulations and Skyward is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the transcript audit process across all KIPP Texas schools.
• Serve as the network's final sign-off authority for senior graduation clearance and verify compliance with state requirements.
• Manage changes to transcripts outside the standard window and oversee state-wide validation for credit recovery tracks.
• Support schools with transfer credits and international transcripts; ensure accurate GPA calculations in the SIS.
• Assist with entering data into the district student information system as needed; monitor data integrity.
