Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a State Registrar to support high schools in ensuring transcript accuracy, maintaining PEIMS data, and delivering reliable records. As part of the Academics team, you will identify data errors and develop systems to ensure 100% accountability of student records.

You will assist campus Deans, standardize transcript processes across campuses, and oversee changes outside the normal grade-change window while coordinating with SIS and TEA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required.
• Fluency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with PEIMS and Skyward preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the transcript audit process across KIPP Texas schools.
• Serve as the network's final sign-off for senior graduation clearance and certify transcripts.
• Manage and log official transcript changes outside the standard grade-change window.
