Job summary

Kotter Training seeks an experienced Senior Training Business Operations Lead to own and optimize the operational backbone of our training programs. You will manage end-to-end delivery, from client onboarding through post-delivery follow-up, while partnering with finance and sales to drive performance and growth.

This is a remote US-based role with responsibility for program operations, capacity planning, and process optimization to support scalable, financially healthy services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business operations, training operations, or service delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA is a plus.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations for corporate and public training programs, from planning to delivery and follow-up.
• Coordinate sales handoff, onboarding, and ensure client requirements and SOW details are documented.
• Monitor project health, scope changes, and drive improvements in delivery economics and margins.
• Forecast capacity, allocate resources, and prevent team burnout across programs.
• Build repeatable workflows, tools, and documentation to scale operations.
