Kotter is seeking a Senior Training Business Operations Lead to own and continually improve the operational foundation of Kotter Training. You will blend program delivery, business operations, systems, processes, and performance data to deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining a financially healthy operation.

This senior individual contributor role requires hands-on execution and strategic problem-solving across corporate and public programs, remotely from the US.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, training operations, or program operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA a plus.
• Experience using data, reporting, and performance metrics to improve outcomes.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder networks and translate strategy into operational plans.

Responsabilidades

• Own program operations from planning through delivery and follow-up.
• Coordinate with Sales, Training, Marketing to ensure on-time delivery.
• Forecast capacity and allocate resources across corporate and public programs.
• Monitor performance data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage vendor and venue logistics, materials, and translations as needed.
• Ensure quality control and post-delivery debriefs with facilitators.
