Job summary

Kotter is seeking a Senior Training Business Operations Lead to own and optimize the operational foundation of Kotter Training. You will bridge program delivery, operations, systems, and data to ensure an excellent client experience while maintaining a financially healthy business.

Working with the Head of Training, you will manage training programs, resource planning, vendor spend, and continuous improvement across corporate and public offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business operations, training operations, program operations, service delivery, or a related field.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; Master’s degree or MBA a plus.
• Experience managing complex operational workflows and coordinating multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to use data, reporting, and performance metrics to identify issues and inform decisions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.

Responsibilities

• Own program operations from planning through delivery and follow-up.
• Partner with Sales to transition closed deals into active projects and document requirements.
• Serve as client liaison, manage communications and materials.
• Coordinate delivery resources and ensure facilitators have needed materials and support.
• Oversee end-to-end public training calendar, registrations, communications, and logistics.
• Monitor performance with Head of Training and Finance, identify risks, and recommend actions.
• Standardize processes, templates, and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Coordinate with Training, Consulting, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and external partners.
