Job summary

Kotter is seeking a Senior Training Business Operations Lead to own the operational backbone of Kotter Training. This role blends program delivery, business operations, systems, processes, and performance data to deliver exceptional client experiences while maintaining a financially healthy business.

Work closely with the Head of Training to oversee corporate and public programs, optimize capacity, and guide strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business/operations roles within professional services or training delivery.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; Master’s/MBA a plus.
Experience managing complex operational workflows with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to translate data and metrics into actionable improvements.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of operating costs and profitability.
Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

Own the end‑to‑end program operations for Kotter Training programs from planning through delivery and follow‑up.
Coordinate with Sales, Training, Consulting, Marketing, and Finance to monitor performance and identify risks.
Manage capacity planning and resource allocation to prevent burnout and improve utilization.
Ensure go‑to‑market readiness and delivery readiness for new programs and offerings.
Standardize processes, templates, and reports to enable scalable operations.
Maintain documentation, tools, and asset management for training materials and LMS.
