Job summary

Kotter Training is seeking a Senior Training Business Operations Lead to own and continually enhance the operational foundation of Kotter Training. You will oversee program delivery, business operations, systems, processes, and performance data to ensure an exceptional client experience and a financially healthy business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business/ training/ program operations or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA a plus.
• Proven ability to improve processes, systems or operating practices.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own program operations from planning through delivery and follow-up.
• Coordinate onboarding and handoffs between sales and delivery teams.
• Manage client communications and logistical requirements for trainings.
• Coordinate delivery resources and ensure facilitators have needed materials and context.
• Monitor open-enrollment calendars and oversee event logistics (virtual/physical).
• Track attendee experience, post-session surveys, and certificates.
